This Refund Policy outlines the conditions and process for refunds for the YouVoice Chrome extension (hereinafter referred to as the "Service"). While we hope you are completely satisfied with our Service, we understand that in certain circumstances you may need a refund.
1. Free Trial Period
First-time subscribers are entitled to a 7-day free trial. During this period, you can use all premium features free of charge and will not be billed. If you cancel your subscription before the end of the free trial period, no charges will be incurred.
2. Refund Conditions
We offer refunds under the following circumstances:
